Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to platform subscriptions (e.g. Growth Suite) paid to Autobot360 via Razorpay. It does not govern rent payments between PG owners and tenants, which are handled separately between those parties.
2. Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no payment details required. The trial is not billed through Razorpay unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
3. Paid subscriptions
Growth and Enterprise plans are billed monthly (or as agreed) through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
4. Cancellation
- Cancel from Settings → Subscription or the Razorpay customer portal linked in your receipt
- Email support@autobot360.com with subject "Cancel subscription"
- Cancellation stops future charges; access may continue until the end of the current billing period
5. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Extended service outage caused solely by us
- Refund mandated under applicable consumer protection rules
Refund requests must be sent within 7 days of the charge to support@autobot360.com with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a bank chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Enterprise plans
Custom Enterprise contracts may have separate refund terms documented in your agreement.
