Can my caretakers or staff access the platform?

Yes! You can assign roles (Owner, Manager, Staff) to your team members. With our scoped assignments system, staff members can only view properties, rooms, and tenants that they are explicitly assigned to manage.

How secure is tenant KYC documentation?

All tenant information is saved using Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Only the verified property owner or assigned managers have access to read or update their tenants' KYC details and proof numbers.

Is there a limit on properties or beds I can add?

Every new account gets 14 days free with no payment details required. After the trial, you can stay on limited use or upgrade to Growth or Enterprise for more properties and automations.
